Appointment confirmation

When booking your appointment, please provide us with your telephone number. Our practice will contact you approximately two days before your consultation to confirm the appointment. Please understand that we cannot keep the appointment free if we do not receive confirmation from you.

Electronic health card

As part of the aesthetic consultation, an ENT examination of the nose/nostrils will also be performed in cases of nasal obstruction, sinus problems, or allergies. This is a health insurance benefit, for which the health insurance card is required (for patients with statutory insurance).

Consultation fee

By law, an aesthetic consultation may not be free of charge.

According to the law, a consultation with an aesthetic plastic surgeon is a medical service and therefore subject to a fee. Since this takes significantly more time than a regular ENT examination, we charge a fee of €50, which can be paid in cash or by debit card at the reception desk.

Simulation

To give you a realistic idea of what your nose could look like, we'll take portrait photos of your face, which we'll then edit together with you on the computer. We ask that you wear little or no makeup to your consultation, as otherwise the images may appear distorted.

FAQ

To ensure that you take home as much as possible from the consultation, we strongly recommend that you read through the frequently asked questions on your topic in advance so that you can concentrate fully on the simulation and your individual questions during the consultation.

Relevant previous findings

Please bring along the results of relevant previous examinations (such as CT scans of the paranasal sinuses or surgical reports for previous nasal operations), if available.
