Rhinoplasty is a highly complex procedure that should only be performed by absolute experts in nasal surgery. The individual and complex anatomy of the nose must be properly analyzed to select the appropriate options for rhinoplasty. Taking into account numerous specific features such as skin thickness and the course of blood vessels, non-surgical correction can be performed in some cases. We use the highest quality hyaluronic acid for this purpose. Irregularities and minor corrections are usually easily possible.

Patients who do not (yet) desire surgical rhinoplasty and would like to have minor adjustments to their nose are ideal candidates for non-surgical rhinoplasty. A sunken nasal bridge or a bump on the nose are particularly well suited for correction with hyaluronic acid. Furthermore, small asymmetries, dents, and sharp edges can be concealed.
The hyaluronic acid is applied between the nasal framework and the skin, thereby lifting the skin in this area. For example, a hump can be corrected by injecting hyaluronic acid into the nose in front of and behind the hump, after which the bridge of the nose will once again appear straight in profile. It's important to note that this treatment cannot reduce the size of the nose, as no tissue is removed from the nose without surgery.

How does a liquid rhinoplasty work?
Patients interested in liquid rhinoplasty are first seen in our modern, high-quality practice in Hamburg. Our friendly team then provides a thorough consultation and examination, as not every deformity can be treated with liquid rhinoplasty. Above all, no improvement in respiratory function can be expected, meaning it is a purely cosmetic procedure.
If the deformity is suitable for treatment with hyaluronic acid and the expected result meets the patient's expectations, the actual treatment can begin after a detailed consultation.
The nose and surrounding area are cleaned and disinfected to prevent infection with germs present on the skin. The hyaluronic acid is then precisely applied to specific areas of the nose with a very fine needle, shaping it into the desired shape. This minimally invasive treatment is generally painless. If necessary, the skin can be pretreated with an anesthetic cream.
After liquid rhinoplasty, the results are immediately visible, and you can leave the practice. We recommend avoiding sports and sunbathing for at least 4 days afterwards and not massaging the treated areas vigorously during the first few days, as the hyaluronic acid still needs to integrate into the tissue.
